On September 4, 2018, a few people gathered in a home in West Springdale. This was the first Bible study of what would become a new church. After growing and expanding, Summit leaders had an establishment meeting and members were received in September 2019.  After continuing to grow in number, we sought a more permanent meeting location. Summit began meeting at 1048 S. 48th Street, Suite B in Springdale on November 1, 2020. God has blessed us by establishing a solid, growing body of people who are seeking to serve the Lord in Northwest Arkansas!

In 2021, we purchased land where we will build the future meeting place of Summit Baptist Church. Our property is located on 48th Street near Interstate 49 and U.S. Highway 412 and is easily accessible from all of northwest Arkansas. God has provided, and we have begun our building project. We are excited about what the future holds!

Summit is committed to serving God with the goal of being a community of believers who love God and love people. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. We do this through reaching people one by one, and we are committed to meeting regularly for Sunday services, Life Groups, and family ministry. Ministries will continue to be added as we are able to do so. May God give the increase!
